- PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT DO FREE RETURNS, THERE WILL BE A FEE.

- Items purchased The Gold Coast Boutique can in most cases be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return a product, it must meet the conditions:
Conditions:
- The product may not have been used;
- The product must be returned in its original condition;
- The product may not be damaged due to the actions of the customer;
- Hygiene products and underwear are considered non-returnable.
- The package must be provided with a Track & Trace code;
- The return costs are always for the customer, regardless of location;
- We have the right to charge shipping costs to the customer
- We need to know about the return.
If you do not meet these conditions, we will not accept your return.
If your product arrives damaged, take a photo immediately so that you have proof that the damage was not your fault.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Easy returns in 3 steps:
Step 1: Contact us
If you want to return your order, you must send us an email at info@thegoldcoastboutique.com
1a: Mention your #order number
2a: State the reason for the request, and we will send you a returns form.
3a: Photo of the product in case of breakage Customer's first name + last name Customer's address
We will then contact you and give you the return address.
Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you have asked us to do so. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the returns form to the specified address. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. As the sender of the package, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise. Please note that you must return products within 14 days of informing us.
Step 3: Processing your return
After we have received your return shipment, we will begin assessing the returned items and processing your refund. Your money will be refunded to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. This is in connection with the pursuit of the most sustainable shipping process possible. In addition, the customer has benefited from free shipping with his or her order.
Since our warehouse is located in China, return costs can be high. Please feel free to contact our customer service to find a suitable solution together. We like to help you!
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:
A. CANCELLATION POLICIES
Right of withdrawal
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has received or accepted the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible after receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us info@comodo-amsterdam.nl by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed when we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Registration for shipments in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then send them back to us. Of course you can inform us in advance about your cancellation.
To guarantee you the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will be required to pay all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the one we cheapest standard delivery offered), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any costs for this refund.
**ALL RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.**
Please note: Before returning an item, you must first submit a return request by email to verify your eligibility for a return.
Damage and Problems
Upon receiving your order, we recommend that you inspect it thoroughly. If the item is defective, damaged, or you accidentally received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This way we can assess the problem and quickly offer you a suitable solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (for example, special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any doubts or questions about the return options for a specific item, please contact us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policy applies to cancellations within 12 hours, this is due to the processing time of the package.
Contact us immediately at business. info@thegoldcoastboutique.com. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can return the package after receiving it for a full refund. Please always let us know your #order number.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return has been approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds PayPal
Refunds via PayPal are processed immediately by us, but it may take several working days for PayPal to process the refund and update your invoice. You don't have to do anything for this yourself.
Uncollected Packages
Packages placed at a collection point but not collected will incur a charge that will be deducted from the purchase amount. This is because the items in these packages are no longer reusable. In addition, the costs for return shipment will be recovered from the sender. If you decide not to collect a parcel that is ready at a collection point, please note that you will not receive a full refund of your order as this is your responsibility.
